a) UNDERGROUND CRUCIBLE FITTED
UNDER GROUND FURNACE or PIT FURNACE
Pit Furnace is fitted up to floor level with fabricated structure
and fire bricks covered to heavy capacity Crucibles with burners
and blower with oil pipe connection complete to melt Non-Ferrous
metal scraps and taken out by pouring bowl and pour again in
hand operated small crucible and again poured in suitable
types of moulds.
Top loading Pit Furnaces are used for Annealing, Normalizing,
tempering of or for heat in batch loads, in a relatively small
floor space. Up to 3 M in diameter and available in temperature
range from 25 degree C to 1000 degree C .
Unit can be supplied with Re-Circulation and atmosphere control,
b) FLOOR LEVEL CRUCIBLE FITTED
Floor level crucible are fitted in heavy duty supporting M.S.
fabricated structure and fire bricks covered to the heavy capacity
crucibles with burners and heavy duty blower with complete oil
pipe connection to melt Non-ferrous metal scraps.
Heavy structure section platform will be made to take out metals
by pouring bowls and Pour again in hand operated small crucibles
and again pour in suitable types of moulds.
c) TILTING TYPE MELTING FURNACE
CONSTRUCTION: The furnace body is completely M.S. fabricated
structure with suitable robust supports with frame and heavy
bearing blocks for tilting the furnace body and fire bricks
are covered to heavy capacity.
Crucible and Fabricated platform for standing melter.
Burners, Blower and complete oil pipes connection will be fitted
to furnace.Special air-ports are cast as an integral part of the
casting there are no Tubers in the air being fed by motor and fan
at the top of the furnace.
The action of hot air blast and air ports arrangement eliminates
completely any danger of fire bar clinker.
Again due to the method and manner of combustion, Sulphur
pick-up is negligible and oxidation considerably reduced.
The Actual Design which reduces heat losses by some 50%, the special
Block Seam Monolithic Lining installed of which we are the
Manufacturer, contains a large percentage of insulating properties
and reducing heat losses. The furnaces may be oil-fired or gas-fired
or electric type.
ANNEALLING FURNACE (OIL FIRED)
a) DIRECT HEATING OIL-FIRED FURNACE
Frame is made with heavy structures of plates and all
sections welded with full supports and complete fire bricks lining
will be done for proper heating of all metals with direct heating
through burners and heavy blower, pipe line fitting, H .D .Door,
hand operated type.
b) MUFFLE-TYPE TWIN CHAMBER OIL-FIRED FURNACE
Same above type structures but instead direct heating of ferrous
and non-ferrous metals, muffle-type furnace means extra fire bricks
lining of some height will be mounted of all sides after some distant
and heat will come to the metals through other bricks called
Muffle-type Twin Chamber, Annealing Furnace, Chamber Superb
Heat Insulated, uniform Temperature.
Heavy duty mechanically operated-counter balanced.
Suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous sheets, strips and circles.
Maximum temperature 800 degree Centigrade.
Capacity: 500 Kgs to 2000 Kgs.
SLABS AND BILLETS HEATING FURNACE PUSHER TYPE
a) SCREW TYPE
Same above type structures with extra long frame with brick
linings for slabs and billets heating furnace stock, manipulated
by Reversible motorised screw type Pusher.
b) Same above type structures with extra long frame with bricks
lining for slabs and billets heating furnace stock, manipulated
by reversible Hydraulically operated by complete pusher type.
Galvanizing Furnaces are supplied independently, or installation
for continuous or batch Galvanizing of Coils, Sheets, Steel Wires,
Tubes, Structures, Octagonal Poles and High Mast, structures etc.
Furnaces are Electric, Gas or Oil-Fired with temperature control
and Machined. System includes handling of materials, controls,
cleaning range, and annealing units. Furnaces are supplied with
High-Temp Circulators, Molten metal pumps etc.
ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE
Constant Hearth speed for these furnaces are uniform processing
work trays or continuous loads. Complete furnaces are supplied
with various sizes and pitches of rollers centrifugally cast
from High Alloy Steels. Furnaces are best for Heat Treatment,
Tubes, Pipes, and Automobile Industries. Electrically - heated
Oil or Gas Fired, Furnaces are available in temperatures
ranging 600 degrees C to 1200 degrees C with or without
controlled atmosphere and

BOGIE HEARTH FURNACE
Furnaces are the most common and all types of furnaces are used
for Stress-Relieving, Normalizing, Homogenizing and Annealing,
1 meter wide x 2 Meter Long
6 Meter wide x 20 Meter Long
Electric, Gas or Oil Heated with a wide Range of Control
/ Haulage Drives / Configurations.
DROP BOTTOM FURNACE
These furnaces have high reputation in the industry for solution
heat treating Aluminum and fast quench to the most rigorous
specifications that exist.
Many options are available to customize the furnaces for operation.
ROTARY HEARTH FURNACE
On the Site Built Furnaces offer one-position loading and
unloading and excellent Temperature uniformity required in forgings
or Heat treatment. Furnaces are supplied complete with controls,
drives, rails etc.
ALUMINIUM AGEING OVEN
Ovens are suitable for various grades of Aluminum and in any
configuration, and available in all sizes custom built to the
valued client's specific needs with the back up of Engineering.
Ovens are made on international designs as per clients requirements, and
to process fuel method of work handing, production etc.
Designs of Ovens include rugged construction, high safety features
and other standard unique features.
Ovens are available in a wide range of temperatures and sizes
and with optional features as Temperature Recorders, Program
Controllers, Timers. Oven Furnitures etc.
Furnaces are designed for high volume production of essentially
similar parts. Oil or Gas-energized furnaces include Electro-Mechanical
or Hydraulic Pusher Arrangement in one to two rows, complete with
skids, discharge tables and ejectors

CAR TUNNEL KILN

Consists of multiple station arrangement, with cooling equipments
to move wire from station to station, and handle various processes

Furnaces are available in continuous up to 40 heads operating
