Frames are completely mild steel thick plate fabrication, sides are
welded strongly for utmost rigidity, and break proof under heaviest
load. For thick plate cutting, over crank machine's sides are thick
welded plates and also double wall lateral frames for extra
Table is welded construction. Strong utmost rigidity and break
proofness and under heaviest loads.The proper distance
between the blades can be set precisely by set screws on the
top holder beam of the top blade. On the table, the blade is
bolted in straight line. Thin sheet can be cut thus free from
Twists and Burr.
Top Holder is also welded construction, Gun metal guides
are bolted on the sides and at the back side, top cast iron guides
are provided by set of screw bolts, so top can move up and
down freely in such guides.
SETTING THE GAP BETWEEN THE BLADES
A decisive fact or the quality of the cut is the gap between the
blades,which corresponds to the thickness of plates.
Gap is adjusted by a system of sturdy threaded bolts on the
table,also adjustment can be done by top holder setting bolts.
Clutch and Brake have been arranged on the main shaft of the gear.
Clutch will be 'Rush Worth' Rolling key type for Under Crank Machine.
Dog clutch will be provided to Over Crank Machine.
Eccentrics are cast iron and arms are mild steel fabrication.
Start is effected by foot pedal.
Continuous stroke has been provided by putting leg on the pedal.

All Shafts are Propeller or forged Axle Bars, eccentrics, gears,
pinions and brake are fixed with suitable keys. Gun metal bushes
with suitable oil holes are on all shafts.
Ball bearings will be on counter shaft, V-Belts flywheel and balancing
flywheel are on the counter shaft with suitable keys.
Front gauge with scale will be on the table, Tee-bolts will be
provided for the adjustment of width of the Sheet / Plates.
The Back gauge will be fixed on top arm and adjustment will
be done by rack on machined round shaft and pinions are on the
shaft with hand wheel will provided for movement of back gauge.
Instead of gearing, top arm can be operated hydraulically
Drive is powered by standard squirrel cage induction electric
motor, 960 RPM, totally enclosed type with suitable V-Belts, switch
and starter are provided for protection of motor.
